50 ml Bushtucker Spiced
5 ml Falernum
40 ml pineapple juice
40 ml orange juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Method: Build (add all the ingredients into the glass, add crushed ice and use a spoon to mix)
Garnish: Slice of orange or a pineapple cube
1 teaspoon sugar syrup , (mix 2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
3 dashes orange bitters
2 parts Spiced Illegal
1 part cloudy apple juice
Orange twist , to garnish
Put the sugar syrup and bitters into a rocks glass.
Add 2 cubes of ice and about 10ml of the Spiced Illegal. Stir well.
Add more ice and the remainder of the Spiced Illegal and stir again.
Pour in the apple juice and gently stir.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
The Illegal Daiquiri
60ml of Illegal White
30ml of lime juice
30ml pineapple syrup
20ml orgeat syrup
Shake and double strain
Glass: coupette (martini glass)
Garnish: pinapple slice with parasol.
Bush Tucker Mojito
45ml Spiced Illegal
15ml apricot brandy (any apricot liquors)
30ml lime juice
5-7 mint leaves
2 drops of orange bitter
Method: build ( add all the ingredients into the glass, add crushes ice, use spoon to mix)
Garnish: Mint sprig and orange zest
Glass : Collins or highball
