Produced with the use of the finest quality Australian sourced dark brown sugar and double distilled using our 4 plate column still this cane spirit is barrel aged in an ex Shiraz, French Oak cask for one month and spiced with Kakadu Plum, Lemon Myrtle, Quandong, Wild Rosella and Wattleseed Plus 15 other Spices.
There is no sugar in this product and all spices used have been distilled from their source!
This truly is a wholly Australian owned and operated small boutique distillery, and extremely unique with the use of native Australian ingredients having been infused into this delicious beverage.
