The Spiced Mint Julep

INGREDIENTS
60ml Spiced
10ml Vanilla Syrup
4 Mint Leaves
Ice
GARNISH
Large Sprig of Mint
GLASSWARE & TOOLS
Highball or Collins Glass
Cocktail Shaker
Cocktail Mixer Spoon (if you don’t have one, a long spoon will do the trick!)
TECHNIQUE
Clap 4 mint leaves together twice in your hand. Place in the metal half of a cocktail shaker. Add 10ml of vanilla syrup and 30ml of Spiced. Half fill with ice. Using a long spoon, churn a little. Add 30ml of Spiced. Fill with crushed ice. Churn a little more. Garnish with a large sprig of mint
